Form of payment and cancellation policy: |

€800 deposit as a confirmation for the banquet hall. This deposit is not refundable in case of cancellation. |

25% of the total service to be paid for 2 months before the event, to coincide approximately with the date of tasting the menu. |

25% of the total 30 days before the event, being and indispensable condition that 50% of the total cost must be paid before the event. |

The remaining sum is to be paid in full after the event (directly in the hotel, at the reception desk) by credit card or cash. Personal cheques are not accepted. |

In the event of total cancellation of the service, the Hotel will treat all deposits received to the date of cancellation as cancellation costs. |
